You will receive supernumerary shifts to support learning of the role and ongoing support from ENs, RNs and the Nurse Unit Manager. Requirements Certificate III in Assistant in Nursing or currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year), or currently enrolled in a TAFE NSW Diploma of Nursing (completion of identified foundational units in practice AND 120 hours of clinical placement).
