Landscapers/Fencer

Universal Property Group, a well established property developer and builder specializing in delivering quality homes in Sydney's western suburbs. We have a significant number of house, townhouses subdivision and apartment projects under construction. We are seeking experienced Landscapers to join our construction team. Duties: providing high quality landscape work as well as routine and preventative maintenance to various sites. Interpret and understand Landscape plans and specifications. Working with a landscaping team under supervision of the site supervisors. Shovelings, loading/unloading materials, digging trenches. Softscope: Turf laying, planting, Hedging and blowing and general maintenance. Preferably you will have extensive experience in the residential building market. All work is in the Western Sydney Area and there is a real opportunity to form a continuous relationship with us for the long term. What we need from you: Demonstrated experience building retaining walls, paving works, timber works including decks & pergolas. Proficiency in reading landscape plans. Excellent time management, organization and communication skills. High attention to detail and desire to produce high quality results. Positive, passionate personality that enjoys working as part of a team with a strong work ethic. Drivers license & White card. To be successful in this role, you will have a "can do" attitude. You are self-motivated, able to work under instruction and be a team player.
