Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) (Multiple Roles) Location: You will be primarily based at one of the centres listed below, with the flexibility to work across all three as required. Your next career opportunity As an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma), you will provide the highest quality education and care for children aged 6 months to five years, adhering to the National Quality Framework. You will collaborate with a passionate team to foster respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, engaging children in enriching learning experiences that promote their agency and choice. Responsibilities Deliver Quality Education: Implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual and group needs. Ensure Child Safety: Actively supervise children's activities to ensure their safety at all times. Collaborate and Reflect: Work with team members to create stimulating learning environments and critically reflect on teaching practices. Maintain Professional Relationships: Build inclusive and positive relationships with families and colleagues. Qualifications You have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, coupled with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to nurturing children's learning and development. Possess an early childhood Diploma qualification approved by ACECQA. Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate. Demonstrate knowledge of National Quality Standards and relevant legislation. Be willing to work across various University of Melbourne Early Childhood Centres.
