Mosaic Community Care is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Manager, Supported Independent Living (SIL) to lead our frontline operations and champion high-quality, person-centered services. If you’re ready for a rewarding role where your leadership shapes positive outcomes for our clients, their families, and our dedicated teams, we want to hear from you About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our Supported Independent Living services. As a key leader, you will: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Home Leaders and Support Workers, delivering services that meet and exceed NDIS Practice Standards. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and ethical practice ensuring our operations reflect our commitment to human rights-based care and person-centered approaches. Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and external partners, fostering collaboration and community engagement. Drive continuous improvement by adapting our practices to evolving client needs, sector developments, and organisational priorities. Manage operational excellence through compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation, as well as budget oversight and risk management. Support workforce development from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing staff coaching and performance management ensuring your teams are capable, accountable, and aligned with our mission. Oversee critical incident management and ensure robust documentation and reporting systems for transparency and accountability. Lead engagement programs tailored to NDIS client needs, ensuring inclusive, person-centered services aligned with individual support plans.
