Located in Southbank, just off St Kilda Road near the Shrine of Remembrance, Quest on Dorcas is a 47-apartment hotel catering primarily to corporate travellers. We have a small, close-knit team that values professionalism, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. This full-time role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) is ideal for a current 2IC or experienced supervisor looking to take the next step in their career. Some weekend coverage may be required from time to time. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring high-quality cleanliness and presentation across apartments and common areas. Hands‑on involvement in housekeeping and room attendant duties. (Including cleaning apartments and houseperson duties). Working closely with the Rooms Division Manager on recruitment, rostering, training, and leadership to maintain a positive and high‑performing team. Upholding Quest's brand standards and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. About You Previous housekeeping & supervisory experience in a hotel or serviced apartment environment. A can‑do attitude, flexibility, and strong leadership skills. Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail. A guest‑focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills. An understanding of workplace safety and compliance. The ability to work some weekends and public holidays as required. Full working rights in Australia (ongoing basis). Why Join Us?
