As the Manager of our Supported Accommodation NDIS services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality accommodation and support services to adults with disabilities. This is a full-time role based in our Wooloowin location. The successful applicant will work closely with the owners to implement strategic goals, support staff, and strengthen community partnerships. What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of the Supported Accommodation program, ensuring the provision of a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for residents Develop and implement individualised support plans for each resident, in collaboration with allied health professionals and families Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated Support Workers to deliver personal care, life skills development, and community integration support Liaise with government agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate seamless service delivery Provide leadership and supervision to staff within a supportive and empowering environment. Monitor and report on program performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and Willow House Services' policies and procedures Ensure NDIS compliance is met and prepare and manage Audits as required What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a management or senior role within the Supported Accomodation or Disability Support sector Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Strong understanding of the NDIS and other government funding programs, and experience in navigating complex compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance NDIS Worker Screening clearance must be obtained before starting employment What we offer Competitive salary Ongoing professional development opportunities Opportunities for career advancement within our growing organisation We offer a very supportive culture, in a relaxed work environment.
