Projects Solicitor + Senior Associate Future Energy Team

Our work We are seeking a Solicitor and a Senior Associate to join our dynamic Sydney future energy team. You will be involved in a range of work across the energy sector. This role gives you the opportunity to work on energy markets, energy reform projects, infrastructure development, energy M&A and project financing transactions for energy assets, and to provide regulatory advice and market design across the energy future energy team. The team works with an enviable range of clients across the energy sectors, including developers, investors, banks, governments, regulators and market operators. About the team Our team is at the forefront of the energy transition, working on some of the most significant transactions and regulatory projects. You will work closely with Shirley Cheng, Roderick Smythe, Josh Thorneycroft and Vishal Ahuja, key Partners in our Future Energy team who advise investors, corporates, governments and regulators on transactions across the energy transition, sustainability, and infrastructure sectors. Our Future Energy team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers and is highly regarded for its breadth and depth of expertise.
