We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst - ITSM to join our team in Perth, Western Australia (AU-WA), Australia (AU). Role & Responsibilities Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team members Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to drive performance of the team Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members Regularly reviews the work and performance of peer team members in alignment to project deliverables and ensures team achieves specific performance metrics Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required Supports team in business process improvements Requirements 1-3 years in IT Software and hardware troubleshooting, Windows OS in Desktop or Deskside Support environment. Experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management needed. Exposure to ITIL & Project Management Methodologies. Experience in using ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc. Strong negotiation skills. Demonstrated strong leadership of personnel and of business objectives. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Travel including overnight domestic or international trips will be required.
