Behaviour Support Practitioner - Industry Leading Pay and Flexible Work Join a different kind of organisation — one that prioritises people, teamwork and fun. ABOUT THE ROLE Our Behaviour Support program uses individualised strategies for people with a disability, reducing the potential for behaviour that puts a person and those around them at risk. As a member of our Behaviour Support Team, you will work alongside people with disability and their supports, to develop Behaviour Support Plans, which include evidenced-based strategies, skill development, and training for the person and their support network. WHY WORK WITH US? Industry Leading Pay: Base salary ranging from $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience and practitioner level) with additional bonuses that can total a salary of $147,000. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA ESSENTIAL: A degree in Behaviour Support, Psychology, Social Work, Allied Health or other relevant Tertiary Qualification. Driver’s license. Working with Children’s Check. NDIS Worker Screening Check. Rights to work in Australia. We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners who have met current suitability - confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Qualified candidates who are not yet registered but interested in working towards meeting all Core practitioner level capabilities will also be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
