Overview We have multiple opportunities for IT Support Engineers (Level 1 & 2) in Managed IT and Managed Security Services to provide remote support for our customers. Location Preference will be given to candidates residing near our Sri Lankan office in Wellawatte, as you may need to attend the office two to three days a week . Specific Skills Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Networking Concepts and Troubleshooting Skills. Expertise in Windows Desktop (Windows, macOS), Office Applications, Networking, and Printers. Windows Server / Active Directory Administration. Firewall Management & Monitoring. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD / Entra ID). Vulnerability Assessment & Management Incident Investigation & Response SOC & NOC experience Penetration Testing & Forensic Investigations Security Posture & Compliance Management Professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, EC-Council) are highly valued. Additional Requirements Experience Requirements: Minimum two years in a similar role, preferably with a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Employment Type: Full‑time (one‑year contract) with a six‑month probation, potential for permanent placement. Training: One to two months under senior engineer supervision.
