Revenue Service Officer

Salary Salary: Admin Grade 2 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the Role Western Health is seeking an experienced Revenue Services Officer with strong aged care and community billing expertise to join our Revenue Services team at Bacchus Marsh Hospital on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of ongoing employment. You will work closely with a Senior Revenue Services Officer who specialises in residential aged care and community billing, providing support, mentoring and collaboration across your portfolio. Key Responsibilities This role will specialise in: CHSP – Continence billing HACC – Continence and Nursing billing Community Transport Billing Respite Aged Care Billing and contract preparation Transitional Care Billing Preparation and reconciliation of patient accounts for refunds Management of patient accounts for debt collection and write offs About You Experience working in a hospital or health accounts environment. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in residential aged care and community services billing. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate skills in Excel and Word. High accuracy, strong numerical skills and effective task prioritisation. Excellent communication and customer service skills that align with our organisational values. Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Knowledge of patient billing processes, aged care contracts and eligibility requirements. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and compliant records aligned with aged care standards.
