About the Role ️ Working at a dedicated repair station with full training provided, you'll be part of a high-performing team ensuring timber pallets are safe and ready to re-enter the supply chain. Shift Options Day Shift: 6:30am - 2:40pm ($35.06/hr incl. casual loading) What you'll be doing Visually inspecting timber pallets delivered by conveyor Using hydraulic lifters to remove damaged battens Cutting nails with an angle grinder Fitting and securing new battens with a pneumatic nail gun Flipping pallets with hydraulics to inspect both sides Working towards a goal of approx. 500 pallets per shift What we're looking for Someone who is physically fit & able to stand for extended periods Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic Experience in production, factory, or manufacturing environments is a plus Comfortable using power tools (angle grinder, nail gun) - highly regarded APPLY NOW if you are ready to kick start your career Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want.
