We’re big on Tech with Purpose and passionate about improving lives – all while having a little fun along the way. The Role: Senior Software Developer – .NET/TypeScript/React. You will report to an Engineering Manager and help drive the development of our SaaS solutions across the region. Your days will involve: Collaborating with the Engineering Manager and broader technical team to plan, code, and review features. Writing, testing, and maintaining high‑quality, stable, and well‑documented code in TypeScript, React, and .NET. Configuring system components, fixing bugs, and monitoring the technical performance of internal systems. Participating in daily stand‑ups and development meetings to track progress and identify improvements. Supporting customers via the support ticket system and troubleshooting technical queries when needed. Contributing to documentation, knowledge‑base, and internal training materials to share knowledge across the team. Upholding best practices in information security, compliance, and code quality. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Bring 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 1‑3 years in a similar role. Have hands‑on experience with .NET, TypeScript, and React. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline. Are known for learning quickly, hitting the ground running, and performing independently. Understand the software development life cycle thoroughly. Bonus points if you: Have knowledge of the aged or disability care sector. Have previous experience with AlayaCare, Procura, disability software or similar products. Can demonstrate AI‑tool (Cursor) experience to boost development performance.
