The exciting next phase of our growth will see the business pivot into providing additional Proptech services to our existing and expanding customer base. We are seeking a commercially minded professional to lead the team building out our legal, compliance and settlements department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of property settlement processes gained through legal or accounting practice or the conveyancing industry. The position will suit lawyers interested in pursuing a role in business. The Role Implementing strategy to drive the development and delivery of our in‑house deposit management, settlements and AML processes Managing credit collection and settlements across the product set Management and responsibility for our compliance with AML/CTF laws and products Supporting stakeholder relationships with clients, regulators, and partners Recruiting and managing the team to deliver all aspects of our legal, compliance and settlement services What We’re Looking For Strong commercial acumen and common sense problem‑solving ability A highly organised individual who thrives managing detail‑oriented processes for maximum efficiency A people manager and team builder A self‑starter seeking a high level of accountability with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑growing business The Opportunity We Offer A salary package of A$200-250,000 p/a depending on experience.
