About the role: This role involves monitoring and reviewing the quality and effectiveness of the standards of care provided by Camden’s foster carers. You will chair independent annual and ad hoc fostering review meetings to ensure compliance with legislation and standards. Furthermore, you will work with the fostering team to identify strengths and gaps in the social work foster care assessment process, and the support offered to carers. This position is crucial in offering an independent perspective on the strengths and areas for improvement among foster carers, aiding in the enhancement of support provided.
