Finance Manager | Financial Controller | Circa $150K + Super + Bonus A fantastic opportunity awaits an ambitious and hands on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join a leading organisation in the construction and property development sector. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team. The business is about to crack $100M in revenue and expand internationally. If you have experience in Private Practice with Construction clients, this could be a great move internally. Construction experience is a non-negotiable for this position. About the Role In this exciting position, you won’t just be crunching numbers – you’ll play a key role in cashflow management, compliance, and financial strategy. As a trusted member of the team, you’ll work closely with the Group Finance Manager to help drive the financial direction of the business while supporting large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities Navigating Taxation and Compliance: Manage Australian taxation processes, ensuring tax returns, BAS, and all regulatory filings are on track and in compliance. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Strategic Financial Support: Contribute to the financial oversight of property development projects, ensuring project budgets are adhered to and financial performance is optimised. Leadership and Mentoring: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Required Skills Experience: Experience in construction or with construction clients is essential. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, reporting, and forecasting. You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Pay range and compensation package Competitive Salary: A salary package of circa $150K + Super + Bonus will depend on experience.
