WHAT YOU'LL OWN Develop and manage client relations – in person, virtual, emails & phone calls Communicate strategic decisions to clients and educate them on our internal processes Conduct weekly/fortnightly WIPs with clients and monthly report updates Put together presentations for client pitches Increase the services + platforms across client roster Strategic Growth Oversee the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of clients (e‑commerce and lead service), ensuring alignment with their core business goals Collaborate with internal specialist teams (Google, creative, data, SEO) to challenge existing client strategies Proactively develop 3‑12 month marketing plans to maximize performance opportunities across all clients Sharing client learnings and results across the wider team You must be up to date with current trends & updates to social platforms Continue to develop and upskill yourself through relevant podcasts, books, and courses Opportunities to mentor and develop junior team members Experience across digital marketing platforms preferred, but not essential YOUR EXPERTISE ARSENAL 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment Proven track record in paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn Exceptional analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities On top of current trends and updates to social platforms and strategies Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM and Canva Excellent communication and client relationship skills The Megaphone DNA Stay Human Keep It Real Empower People Champion Creativity WHY US?
