AOD Counsellor – Opportunities Across Regional NSW Full-Time & Part-Time Roles | Multiple Locations Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by alcohol and other drugs (AOD)? We are seeking experienced AOD Counsellors to join our clients across regional NSW, with opportunities available across regional NSW, including within a few hours’ drive of Sydney. About the Role Deliver evidence‑based counselling and support to clients affected by alcohol and other drug use. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide individual and group interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client outcomes. Provide education and harm minimisation strategies to support recovery and wellbeing. What We’re Looking For Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field. Demonstrated experience working in AOD counselling or related areas. Strong knowledge of harm minimisation and evidence‑based interventions. Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Why Join Us?
