Waste and Recycling Sales Representative Black Bear Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing Australian waste and recycling solutions provider to recruit a motivated Sales & Business Development professional. Based in either Sydney or Brisbane, this role offers the opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the waste industry. If you are a highly driven salesperson, whether from the waste industry or another commercial sector, this position will allow you to make a meaningful impact. You will take full ownership of new business development, driving sales performance, building high-value client relationships, and helping businesses optimise their waste and recycling services through more transparent, cost-effective solutions. Sales & Business Development Identify, gather, and qualify high value leads across multiple channels. Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract signing. Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers. Must possess a valid driver's licence for conducting client visits. Develop strategies to maintain and expand revenue across assigned portfolios. Analyse customer needs and present tailored waste and recycling solutions. Contribute to marketing, outreach, and engagement initiatives that support business growth. Identify and execute opportunities to introduce new service lines or optimise existing ones. Other Duties Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Perform additional tasks as required from time to time. Skills & Experience Demonstrated success in end-to-end B2B sales (prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing). Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience required. Highly self-directed with exceptional time-management and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills—confident, persuasive, and articulate. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Australian work rights are required for this position. Experience or knowledge of waste management, sustainability, facilities management, or logistics sector. Hybrid working model offering flexibility to work from home and office.
