We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a passion for motivating a team and take pride in their work. Key Responsibilities Service and clean hotel rooms for check-in and outs Maintain and clean the public areas of the hotel Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard Check supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys ensuring that at all times they are fully stocked and neatly presented for use in a guest area Check constantly for room status discrepancies and reports to Housekeeping Department and Front Office immediately. Keeps things in best condition by directing work and suggesting the necessary replacement of equipment Drive productivity About You To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Minimum 1 years working within a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel is advantageous Experience with cleaning the public areas of a venue A keen eye for detail and the ability to recognise reoccurring cleaning issues Professional manner and exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills A friendly and positive attitude Ability to think on your feet and quickly resolve issues If you meet the above criteria and you’re interested in contributing to an organisation that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from you Simply complete the application process by clicking the "Apply" button.
