Senior Salesforce Solution Lead with NV1 clearance – Canberra Seeking a senior Salesforce solution lead with NV1 clearance to join our team in Canberra. Requires 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects. Qualifications 5+ years in a senior or lead role delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects. Specialist Salesforce technical skills: Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Proficient in declarative configuration – Flows, Permission Sets, Security Models. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally Public Sector Cloud. Demonstrated skill in solution design – creating solution diagrams, technical documentation, and architecture-aligned designs. Proven experience diagnosing and resolving development, configuration and deployment issues. Experience managing releases through Azure DevOps CI / CD Pipelines. Excellent communication skills – prepare persuasive, evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers. Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory). Experience designing and delivering portal and console interfaces using Lightning and OmniStudio. Implementation and maintenance of Azure DevOps CI / CD Pipelines for Salesforce workloads. Location & Compensation Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia – Full-time, onsite 3 days per week with hybrid work options. Salary : A$120,–A$130, per annum.
