We are PROJECT ROCKIT . Australia’s youth-driven movement against (cyber) bullying, hate and prejudice. Since 2006, PROJECT ROCKIT has been driving positive impact through youth-driven school programs, digital innovation and campaigns. To date we have positively impacted over 850,000 school students and elevated over 100 young people into career-starting employment in the social impact sector. We’re a mixed bag of individuals brought together by a shared dream of creating inclusive spaces and opportunities for young people to be their best selves. We’re an anti-bullying organisation that empowers young people to lead kind and inclusive communities – at school, online and beyond. What's the low down on the role? This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves a challenge, and is motivated by achieving both revenue and impact targets. You will play a key role in helping PROJECT ROCKIT reach more schools and students across Australia. Your primary focus will be engaging with educators, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and booking programs that support their students and wider school communities. While we’ll equip you with the tools and training, success in this role relies on your passion, drive, and commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for every educator you connect with. Beyond outreach, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end booking process, including managing calendars, invoicing, and maintaining accurate data. Strong organisation and time management skills are essential, as you’ll be juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. You’ll also work closely with our Presenting Team to ensure every program runs smoothly, requiring a collaborative mindset and a high level of attention to detail. Ultimately, this role is about rolling up your sleeves, taking initiative, and working alongside a passionate team to expand the reach and impact of PROJECT ROCKIT’s programs. What You’ll Be Rocking: You’ll lead the charge on PROJECT ROCKIT’s sales for our school programmes. You'll be rocking your sales skills in Hubspot and hitting our sales targets to ensure we deliver to as many young people as we can in 2026 What You’ll Do in these key areas of your role: Bookings and relationship management Build and maintain strong relationships with PROJECT ROCKIT’s existing school community, supporting educators to re-book programs. Proactively engage new schools when required to grow our reach. Work closely with the Lead School Engagement Coordinator to meet growth targets, including retention, number of schools booked, and key KPIs such as increasing average spend per school. Manage the end-to-end booking process for face to face programs and online programs, from initial enquiry through to confirmations, sales orders, and invoicing. Accurately maintain booking information using spreadsheets, calendars, CRM systems (HubSpot), invoicing software (Xero), and other online platforms. Work closely with the Presenting Team to deliver a seamless experience for schools and contribute to shared team goals. Collaborate with the Digital Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for client retention, including targeted email campaigns and digital engagement initiatives to strengthen ongoing school relationships. Feedback, insight and impact support Collect and collate post program feedback from schools to support evaluation and continuous improvement. Identify recurring themes, challenges or opportunities emerging from school engagements and share insights with relevant teams. Support internal understanding of school needs, trends and seasonal patterns to inform planning and resourcing. Assist with impact-related administration as required, including tracking participation data and program reach. Contribute to organisational learning by helping translate school insights into practical improvements. Responsible for achieving revenue and retention targets while ensuring all bookings, invoices, and financial records are accurate and up to date. Maintain data integrity across CRM, spreadsheets, and invoicing systems, supporting reporting and forecasting, and contributing to efficient, compliant financial processes that help optimise revenue and overall team performance. Shared team agreement: Role model PROJECT ROCKIT’s guiding principles and an eagerness to authentically engage with our organisational impact Contribute to a culture where every team member is valued and recognised for diverse skill sets Maintain a reliable, punctual, organised and thorough approach to delivering on all responsibilities In short: If you live and breathe sales on the daily, work within a successful and positive sale team, build strong relationships with schools and deliver exceptional service to deliver to our overall vision and goals.
