Administration Officers & Receptionists | Grafton $32.00 - $38.00 per hour + superannuation We are seeking Casual Administration Assistants for Temporary and Ongoing Assignments that are coming up with our clients in Grafton WORK 2-4 DAYS PER WEEK Pay rates start from $32.00 per hour Local work, supported by excellent Host Employers Test the waters first, with a casual contract to commence with - a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the company and gain valuable skills Be supported by a local employer, who value each and every staff member - Complete Staff Solutions are the local choice, and provide a human approach to temporary staffing in the area General Duties: General administrative tasks, such as taking phone calls, writing and responding to emails, data entry Reception duties and greeting customers/clients for some of our fantastic opportunities Assist with payroll and accounts duties if suitably skilled or qualified Quality assurance Applying a solutions' driven approach to common and difficult situations in the workplace Using a high attention to detail with data and entering stock numbers and details Requirements: A great customer service skillset and attitude Demonstrated experience working at an Administrative level will be advantageous however, not mandatory - we are open to hearing from entry-level administrators Driver Licence Ability to work in Grafton or surrounding suburbs Ability to work 2-4 days per week Ability to commence ASAP or within 2 weeks #J-18808-Ljbffr
