What You’ll Do Owning whole sections of medium–to large‑sized projects, where your decisions genuinely shape the results Solving the tricky problems others get stuck on and applying real engineering judgement, not just running software Guiding younger engineers in a way that feels natural, not forced; mentoring, reviewing, and helping others grow as you grow yourself Building trust with clients, working closely with sub‑consultants and contractors, and being the steady hand that keeps delivery on track Analysing designs, preparing reports, shaping documentation, planning projects, and taking ownership of the pieces that matter to successful delivery What You’ll Get About $160k + super, with the potential for profit share / path to equity Flexibility that respects your life outside engineering A team culture built on respect, calmness and collaboration (not pressure‑cooker egos) Exposure to high‑rise, reinforced concrete, and post‑tensioned projects that genuinely sharpen your technical edge An environment where leadership grows with you, not dumped on you What Makes You a Fit 6+ years in structural design with current RPEQ or CPEng Comfort with high‑rise, RC, or PT design The confidence to guide younger staff without micromanaging The willingness to grow into a leadership role over time Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Engineering, Design, and Project Management Industries: Civil Engineering No pressure.
