Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in People & Culture, Learning & Development, or related fields. Strong understanding of leadership, culture‑building, and performance improvement. Experience or interest in mentoring, coaching, or digital engagement is a plus. Key Responsibilities Participate in weekly leadership and training sessions via video conferencing. Develop and implement strategies to attract, mentor, and retain top talent. Learn and apply proven marketing and communication strategies (training provided). Conduct professional interviews and onboarding conversations with new partners. Facilitate Q&A sessions, follow‑ups, and mentorship.
