We are looking for a dedicated Direct Care Attendant (Residential) to join our team. About the Role: As a Direct Care Attendant (Residential) , you will assist in delivering direct client services to residents of the Residential Care Home. You will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and closely collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided. Your role will involve supporting residents with daily activities, promoting their independence, and fostering a respectful and dignified environment. You’ll be an essential part of the care team, helping to ensure the well‑being and comfort of the residents every day. What We’re Looking For: WHA4 Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day‑to‑day execution of a position. Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health‑related field. Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
