Principal Recruitment Consultant is the title you hold. Here you would have the opportunity to build a high value Senior HR desk. We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, focusing on promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries. Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high value HR recruitment desk focused on senior appointments. Reports to the Director of business and will play a role key in building out capability. Be a trusted partner and advisor to clients as a subject matter expert. Be ambitious, driven and results oriented and use these competences to achieve goals. Be organized and create a balance across client management, recruitment, and admin work focusing on achieving objectives. Experience At least six years of experience in recruitment industry as a specialised Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with specialised HR recruitment. We are also happy to speak with consultants from other specializations such as Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Legal, or Business Support. Experience in building or managing a desk focused on high value temp/contracting within a specialism.
