The Opportunity We’re looking for experienced, motivated and reliable Restoration Technicians to join our dynamic team and play a key role in restoring homes. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be on the frontline of emergency response, assessing damage, operating specialised equipment, and working closely with clients to bring their properties back to life. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, and your work makes a real difference. You will be available to work across a five day week, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm (full time). The Role This position, reporting to the Operations Manager, will be required to fulfil the following duties: Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls, including water, fire, mould, and storm damage. Conduct on‑site damage assessments and contribute to thorough, well‑documented restoration plans, with a strong focus on reporting, scoping, admin accuracy, and job management. Operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and extraction units. Perform demolition, cleaning, drying, and sanitisation of affected areas. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance representatives, and team members. Assist with packing, moving, and storing customer belongings when required. Support warehouse duties, equipment maintenance, and vehicle cleanliness. Use cloud and web‑based technology to document work performed, including photos and detailed job notes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company protocol and policy. The experience we’re looking for White card essential (or a willingness to obtain). Restoration training (or a willingness to obtain). Minimum 2 years in a similar role. Current National Police Clearance. Valid and unrestricted driver’s licence. A proven ability to learn and use new technologies. Commitment to lifelong learning and ambition for continuous professional and personal growth.
