About the role Drive a customer‑centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction. Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance. Support the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged. Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high‑performance culture. Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‑of‑house administration. Please note this is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Ideal candidate Excitement for the new product offering – you’ll be selling it, so you need to like it Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast‑paced retail environment. An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and expressing your creativity. Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
