Join an Australian-owned iconic brand based in Canberra Fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Gain exposure to a complex cold-chain network across NSW/ACT The Role Join Bega Group's Supply Chain team and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused logistics operations. This is an opportunity to lead and collaborate in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement. Plan and coordinate all the Distribution Centre and Regional Depots activities and manage the 3PL providers to ensure they are delivering to target. Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the Canberra Distribution Centre. Coach and support team members to achieve service, quality, and cost objectives. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including resource planning. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with NSW/ACT and national logistics teams. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient management of facilities and infrastructure. About You Experienced in warehousing and transport operations with a focus on safety systems and compliance. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building across diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset. Valid Forklift Licence to support the team where required.
