Mining Process Operators (DIDO – Townsville, Ayr, Ingham, Charters Towers & surrounds) About the Role This role involves the operation and monitoring of processing plant equipment and systems to achieve production targets safely and efficiently. Duties may include: Operation of crushing, grinding, leach/adsorption, and elution circuits to target parameters Monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting, and maintaining process control Assisting with plant shutdowns and start-ups Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards Supporting maintenance teams as required About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A strong commitment to safety and teamwork 2+ years of mining or minerals processing experience (gold preferred, but not essential) Process plant operational knowledge and mechanical aptitude Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Good communication and literacy skills A proactive, results-focused attitude Local resident of Townsville, Ayr, Ingham, Charters Towers or nearby regional areas (DIDO role) Current Confined Space and Working at Heights certificates Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening) Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Full working rights in Australia RII competencies and HRWL tickets highly regarded What We Offer Ongoing casual rostered work (8:6/7:7) with potential for long-term development 12-hour day and night shifts Camp accommodation and meals provided Super paid on all hours worked A supportive, safety-driven team culture Opportunities for career progression within a reputable mining services company How to Apply If you’re ready to join a growing organisation that values safety, teamwork, and excellence — we’d love to hear from you.
