To learn more visit: About this opportunity Initial 6 month contract role Open to Melbourne OR Sydney based candidates The role is critical for delivering regulatory and strategic projects, specifically leading the Climate Reporting project to ensure compliance with new AASB 2 requirements. Some key responsibilities will include: Leading the Climate Reporting project, collaborating across the enterprise to deliver on strategic and regulatory initiatives Developing and maintaining key project controls: planning, scheduling, budgeting, benefits tracking, reporting, governance, risk and issue management, change control, stakeholder communication, and assurance Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading regulatory/compliance projects, ideally in ESG/Climate reporting Finance background preferred, with experience meeting audit rigour Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Confluence, JIRA, Miro) Significant stakeholder management experience with senior executives Advanced oral and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and organisational skills; independent self-starter Ability to cultivate innovation, build effective teams, and demonstrate accountability Courage to raise and escalates issues when required The Aware Super difference At Aware Super, we believe that diversity of thought, background and experience creates better outcomes for our people, members and communities.
