Hearn’s Port Fairy Holiday Accommodation is seeking an Accommodation Operations Manager to lead our Port Fairy office and oversee the daily operations of a thriving holiday rental portfolio. In this role, you will manage a passionate team, ensure operational excellence, maintain high property presentation standards, and strengthen relationships with both guests and property owners. Working closely with the Director and Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in delivering seamless service and contributing to the growth of our boutique business. About Us Established in 1997, Hearn’s Port Fairy Accommodation is a boutique property management company known for delivering exceptional short‑term rental experiences across one of Australia’s most livable coastal towns. We manage a diverse portfolio of premium properties, from luxury ocean‑view villas and heritage cottages to riverside apartments and spacious beach houses. Our reputation is built on professionalism, personalised service, and strong relationships with both guests and property owners. About You… You will thrive in this role if you are an organised, people‑focused professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences for both the holiday guests and property owners, always delivering high‑quality customer service. You will also bring, At least 3 years’ experience managing a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment (holiday accommodation experience desirable but not essential). Strong operational skills, including oversight of bookings, guest services, and workflow management. Excellent communication and customer service capability, with confidence in managing diverse stakeholders. The ability to strengthen industry relationships and contribute to business growth. Strong digital proficiency, including reservation systems and general office software. Most importantly, you bring a positive leadership style, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to maintaining the exceptional reputation of Hearn’s Port Fairy Accommodation.
