Machine Learning Engineer

About The Role
The Machine Learning Engineer will work broadly across the product in an agile software development process, to ensure that our AI models continue to perform well and are integrated into a cohesive product. You will work on AI models with Pytorch, build microservices with Rust, and deploy to the cloud with Kubernetes.Software DevelopmentContribute to the design and documentation of software componentsWrite reliable software for production useAutomate testing and monitoring for deployed componentsAdhere to processes and guidelines and contribute to their improvement.Train and evaluate machine learning modelsCurate datasets and provide guidance to labellersExperiment with new methods or analyse existing methods.OperationsProactively monitor deployed systems for issuesRespond to priority issues from usersDiagnose issues with returned hardwareRollout new features and updates to clients.And have input into the overall product development, including models, software, and hardware.Qualifications and Experience2+ years software development experienceBachelor of Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experienceWhat We OfferWe believe in shared success, offering equity through our Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP)Competitive salary and ESOP packageWorking in a vibrant, technology hub that provides a true community feelWho We AreCropify is an AgTech start-up based in Adelaide, South Australia, founded in 2019.
