Position Spa Attendant at Belgravia Leisure Location Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa and Hepburn Escape Villas, Daylesford 3460, Victoria, Australia Overview The award-winning Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa and Hepburn Escape Villas is seeking Spa Attendants. The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourism destination located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, north of Melbourne. We invite experienced attendants to join our team. Positions are casual and available on weekends and some midweek days. Weekend‑only roles are also available. Responsibilities The Spa Attendants are responsible for basic cleaning at the Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa facility. This includes back‑of‑house and all publicly used guest areas such as reception, corridors, changing areas, spa lounge, restrooms, and guest lockers. The team takes pride in maintaining the facilities to an exceptional standard across our group of businesses, including Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, Hepburn Pavilion, and Hepburn Spa Retreat Luxury Accommodation Villas. Attendants may also assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Requirements Experience in a high‑quality environment Team player Courteous and professional behaviour at all times Maintain expected grooming standards Strong commitment to a team Housekeeping experience in a luxury property beneficial Good communication skills Working with Children Check National Police Check Current First Aid Certificate 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position Proven work experience as a cleaner Highly responsible & reliable Desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Cultural Statement We value diversity and encourage people from different backgrounds to apply, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD backgrounds, all ages, genders, LGBTIQA+ and people with disability.
