Casual General SEE Trainer and Assessor

Be part of the Qualify team and support people on their learning journey. Casual position based in Mildura. We are expanding our team and would love you to join us You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program across the Wimmera Mallee, predominately in Mildura. Be part of making a difference in the community About the role: Use your experience to engage students and use effective learning techniques Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements Maintain accurate, up-to-date program records including attendance, assessments, blended learning records, placements and evidence of outcomes. Conduct participant support follow up with participants to monitor progress and facilitate referrals to support services as needed. Provide administrative and compliance support to ensure smooth program delivery Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Horticulture, Agriculture and Landscaping desirable but not essential Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This will be provided if you have experience in the above areas. Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Education or TESOL highly regarded Digital literacy skills and confidence using technology in the classroom Working with Children Check, clear National Police Check, Australian residency.
