About the Role As a Hydrogeologist at Reditus, you will play a critical role in understanding and managing groundwater systems across a range of environmental and contaminated land projects. You will: Conduct field investigations and groundwater assessments. Develop and interpret conceptual and numerical groundwater models. Analyse hydrogeological and geological data to inform decisions. Prepare high‑quality technical reports and client advice. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful project outcomes. Your expertise will directly support sustainable land use, risk minimisation, and environmental stewardship. What You’ll Bring Strong technical grounding in hydrogeology, groundwater modelling, and field assessment. Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly. Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, “find what needs doing” attitude. Collaborative spirit and willingness to work with diverse personalities.
