One‑on‑one coaching Interactive leadership workshops Community service projects with measurable outcomes At the heart of Max Potential is a powerful partnership between young people, trained volunteer coaches, and local community leaders. Together, we create a platform where diverse individuals collaborate, grow, and contribute to meaningful change — both personally and within their communities. Role Description This is a volunteer, hybrid Youth Leadership Coach role, based on the Central Coast (Gosford or Wyong), NSW, with flexibility to coach both onsite and online. As a Youth Leadership Coach, you will be matched with a young person aged 16–17 and support them through their personal leadership journey. You’ll walk alongside them as they build confidence, set goals, and develop skills that will serve them well beyond school. Key Responsibilities Provide regular one‑on‑one coaching to a high school student Support leadership development through guided conversations and reflection Encourage and assist a student‑led community project Participate in program workshops and coach development sessions Foster confidence, self‑awareness, and personal responsibility in young people Key program dates can be found at Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills A genuine passion for youth development and community impact Flexibility to coach either online or in person Experience in teaching, youth work, coaching, or community leadership is welcomed but not essential Full coach training and ongoing support are provided Why Volunteer with Max Potential?
