As the Manager of our business' operations, you will be a highly motivated, reliable and trusted member of our team responsible for the smooth operational performance of our business as we continue to grow. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll manage day-to-day operations focusing on business growth, client satisfaction, improved productivity and the engagement of our team. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure the business is prepared for client growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO, taking over the management of operations to allow the founders to focus on ongoing strategic development and business growth. Purpose of the Role The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the organisation's aged care and disability support services. This includes ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and internal quality frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of aged care and NDIS support services across multiple sites. Supervise and support Team Leaders, Coordinators, and frontline staff. Oversee client intake, service coordination, and care planning processes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Monitor incidents, complaints, and feedback to drive service improvement.Coordinate workforce planning, rosters, and resource allocation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and policy development. Support audit preparation and reporting for NDIS Commission and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values. Reporting : Deliver accurate and timely reports to the Directors. Key Selection Criteria Proven experience managing operations in aged care or disability services, ideally holding at least 3 years in a similar role. Sound understanding of compliance frameworks (NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, energetic, and adaptable, with a deep passion for business and achieving success. Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities. Qualification in Health, Community Services, or Business Management. NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
