What You Will Do We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us in the Logo & Digital Growth domain within Vista, where we design the tools and experiences to help small businesses establish and promote their brand. Our ambitious goal is to give new businesses the best chance of success enabling them to create a logo they love and helping their brand to thrive through print, digital and social touch points. In This Role You Will Contribute to the user experience of the Logo & Digital tools from conception to launch, utilising user‑centred design methods to craft industry‑leading designs. Be hands‑on at every stage of the design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration—creating user flows, wireframes, pixel‑perfect designs, and prototypes along the way to bring ideas to life. Partner closely with cross‑functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities. Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction, and new concept validation. Present concepts to immediate and cross‑functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism. Ensure cohesiveness with the Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines. Share and evangelise user‑centred design methods across Vista. What You’ll Bring 3‑5+ years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in cross‑functional agile product teams. Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user‑centred and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business. Ability to build strong relationships with cross‑functional peers, including designers, product managers, researchers and engineers. Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems. Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences and accept and interpret constructive feedback. Understanding of type, hierarchy, colour, composition, contrast, and other design fundamentals. Passion for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies, and a willingness to learn and share new ideas with the team. Experience working with globally distributed teams, and/or in highly matrixed organisations. Nice to have Relevant degree in the field of Design or UX. B2C e‑commerce experience. Experience designing across responsive web and native mobile platforms, as well as within large‑scale digital ecosystems.
