Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Assistant Kitchen Manager located in Samford, QLD. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will perform daily kitchen activities whilst supporting the Back Of House Manager, coordinating operations and the BOH team. Responsibilities include stock management, food safety standards & regulation compliance, and operational planning to ensure uninterrupted product availability. Requirements 2+ years experience in culinary management, including staff coordination and inventory control Strong communication abilities.
