We’re on the lookout for a hands‑on, highly organised Service Coordinator to join our busy Wingfield branch. If you enjoy solving problems, staying one step ahead, and making sure every job runs like clockwork – this is the role for you. This is a full‑time, office‑based role, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am‑5:00pm. No two days will ever look the same. You’ll be at the centre of the action‑coordinating our On‑Road Service Technicians, managing service schedules, and keeping our equipment and customers on track. You will: Plan and schedule technicians for servicing and breakdowns. Stay on top of machine maintenance and ensure all records are accurate. Keep workshop operations flowing by printing job cards, updating priority lists, and organising paperwork. Prioritise jobs and make sure machines are ready when needed. Coordinate sub‑contractors and assist with on‑road repairs when required. Manage rosters and technician workloads to meet deadlines. Keep the Out of Service List and online systems up to date. Provide first‑class support to mechanics and customers. Jump in and lend a hand wherever you’re needed – because that’s how we roll. What You’ll Bring You’re the type of person who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves being part of a team that gets results. You’re organised, reliable, and you don’t shy away from a challenge. You'll have: Previous experience in a coordination role (ideally in a mechanical or automotive workshop). A solid understanding of workshop processes – from job cards and purchase orders to customer service and stock control. Great communication skills and a can‑do attitude. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office essential; InspHire or CRM experience a bonus). Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. A knack for thinking on your feet and finding solutions fast. A current driver’s licence.
