Position Occupational Therapist Salary : HSO Level P1 $88,411 - $119,660 pro rata (plus 12% superannuation) Location : Northam Unit / Division : WACHS - Wheatbelt Work Type : Casual, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time Position No : Closing Date : 4 : 00 PM(YYYY-MM-DD) Profile In collaboration with the Primary Health Manager and the Senior Occupational Therapist, this position plans, implements and evaluates Occupational Therapy services and relevant health promotion programs to the designated communities serviced by the Avon & Central Wheatbelt Primary Health Service. The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory. Eligibility to Apply To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). Other Conditions WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. We may ask referees to comment on your integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour. Please note that adverse information does not necessarily disqualify an applicant but will be considered as part of the appointment process.
