Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for promoting a strong safety culture and coordinating injury management in SNSWLHD. This includes management of workers with either non‑compensable injuries or illness and workers’ compensation injuries or illnesses back to work as safely and promptly as possible. Selection Criteria Recovery at Work Accreditation Certificate with demonstrated experience in injury and illness management, rehabilitation coordination and workers’ compensation claims management and the ability to interpret relevant legislation and apply appropriately. Well‑developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills necessary to gather and share information and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated sound analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven time‑management skills to adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment, and high‑volume case management. Demonstrated capacity to establish, develop and maintain strong and effective collaborative relationships and teamwork with senior management, staff and other key internal and external stakeholders. Evidence of a current unrestricted driver’s licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
