The Opportunity We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Orthotic Technician . This is a fantastic entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in the healthcare industry. No experience required – we will provide complete training in all aspects of orthotic manufacturing and fitting. You’ll work alongside our experienced podiatrists and learn the craft of creating custom orthoses that improve patients’ quality of life. What You’ll Do Manufacture custom orthoses using both traditional and modern techniques. Work with 3D foot scanners and pressure plate technology. Collaborate with our global laboratory partners (Orthotech, TOG, Langer, Footworks, Foottech). Maintain quality control standards through triple‑check procedures. Assist with inventory management of orthotic materials and supplies. Support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills. Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude. Interest in healthcare and helping people.
