Dental Receptionist/Assistant

Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Lincoln Road Dental in Essendon, VIC is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant (4 days per week) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, chairside support, and administrative assistance within our modern dental practice. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Assist dental professionals in delivering high-quality care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Chairside Assistance: Support dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and manage sterilization processes. Infection Control: Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Reception Support: Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner. Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, inventory management, and other administrative duties as required. Customer Service: Provide an exceptional level of service to ensure every patient enjoys a positive experience. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in dental assisting, with a Certificate III in Dental Assisting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with dental scheduling and patient management software. A genuine interest in the dental field and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
