You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and travel agents — handling inbound calls and emails, helping with enquiries on existing bookings, and making new sales for our premium cruise holidays. Every interaction is an opportunity to create exceptional guest experiences. You’ll build strong relationships, deliver warm and genuine service, and help guests plan incredible adventures around the world. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and sales who thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing Receiving and responding to HAL inbound calls and enquiries Responding to customer and agent emails Building and maintaining strong customer and colleague relationships Achieving targets set by the company and your Team Leader Delivering consistently exceptional customer service Rostered environment: Mon–Fri (8:30am–7pm) + Sat (9am–5pm) About You You’re an energetic professional with a genuine passion for travel and tourism. Confident communicating across phone and email, you thrive on building rapport, solving problems, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. Driven and results‑focused, you bring a strong service mindset, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. Your outgoing personality, collaborative spirit, and willingness to roll up your sleeves set you apart, making you a standout contributor in a close‑knit, fun team environment. We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have: Previous experience as a Cruise Consultant or in a contact centre customer service & sales role A track record of providing outstanding service and achieving/exceeding sales targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Confidence using computers and intermediate skills in MS Office High attention to detail and accuracy in administration Ability to complete 3 weeks of in‑office product and systems training (preferred) About Us For over 150 years, Holland America Line has been a recognised leader in cruising — sailing to more than 425 ports across 100+ countries on all seven continents.
