Why You’ll Love Working Here Be part of a thriving business in the adventure, caravanning and overlanding space Sell premium, Australian-made products with strong customer demand Work in an environment that values initiative, passion for the outdoors, and sales success Opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, enthusiastic team The Role As a Sales Consultant, you will: Regularly reach out to qualified leads, re-engage previous prospects and nurture customer interest through personalised phone conversations, ensuring each customer has the information and support they need to progress toward a purchase Guide customers through the sales process — from first enquiry to final handover Present, demonstrate and sell our range of camper trailers to customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and dealer relationships Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales targets Support customers during trade events and represent us professionally at major industry tradeshows Maintain accurate records in our CRM and update customer data promptly Provide post-sale customer support and ensure a smooth handover process Report on sales performance and market activity to management Working hours include Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster. You must also be available to attend weekend tradeshows as required - both locally and interstate (minimum of four per year). What We’re Looking For Proven track record in sales — ideally in caravans, campers or related industries; or strong sales record in another sector, especially in roles involving high-value, non-consumable or luxury goods, where consultative selling and relationship-based sales are essential. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Solid communication, negotiation and customer-service skills Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products (in-person or via video link) Organisation and time-management skills — ability to follow-up and manage multiple leads or customers Flexibility to work Saturdays (on a rotating roster) and attend trade shows as required A “can-do”, enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude and passion for caravanning, camping or the outdoor lifestyle Sales training or formal sales experience is highly regarded — but diploma or formal qualification is not mandatory. What matters most is your track record, drive, and ability to close sales.
