About the role Location: Hybrid – Australia-wideEmployment Type: Fixed‑term contract – 6 months (with possible extensions)Reports To: AI & Data Program Owner Responsibilities Configure and manage LinkedIn Learning, creating structured learning pathways and tailored curricula. Curate content aligned to our Digital Competencies Framework and learning design principles. Integrate LinkedIn Learning into broader programs (onboarding, leadership development, graduate programs). Develop communications and engagement strategies to promote uptake, including gamification and champion networks. Monitor analytics and report on adoption, engagement, and impact. Collaborate with P&D, OD, and divisional leaders to ensure alignment with business priorities. Qualifications Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Learning or similar digital learning platforms. Strong background in learning design and program rollout (ADDIE or similar frameworks). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to interpret learning analytics and translate insights into action. Experience integrating learning into organisational programs and professional development pathways. Why Join Us?
