Applications are sought for the following position: Primary Academic Assistant - Logan Village This is a Full Time - Term Time (5 days per week) position. Commencing January 2026. Responsibilities include: Facilitating parent meetings for the Coordinators Manage supplies and resources Aid teachers in preparing event and classroom materials Assist with online learning tools Assist teachers by purchasing materials and resources Charging laptops and/or iPads for relief teachers to ensure that they are ready for next use Answering internal and external phone calls Address concerns from families, answer questions and elevate questions or concerns you cannot answer Email communications Organising and executing Primary events Submit maintenance requests on behalf of the Primary staff Organisation of Presentation Evenings / Honours Assemblies Ad hoc duties as directed by the Office Manager To be successful for this role you will have: Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administrative role. Current Working with Children's Check Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice skills, particularly Word and Excel Team player attitude with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help Applications will be assessed as received so do not delay and apply now Applications close at 4:00pm on TUESDAY 25 NOVEMBER 2025. Your curriculum vitae should include details for: at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer) at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).
